Your experience

Skip-the-line guided tour of the Vatican Museums

Enjoy privileged entry to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.

See great works on a guided walk as you move through time and place. Get straight into each venue with your guide, skipping the hassle of standing in line.

Groups are made up of not more than 20 people, accompanied by certified Vatican tour guides who will take guests through the priceless artistic treasures preserved in the seven different museums comprising the main body of artifacts within the complex Vatican Museum.

Masterpieces from the Renaissance to the Sistine Chapel

The relaxed and informal pace will allow for stories and interesting facts that better explain the historical, artistic, and cultural contexts behind the masterpieces found in the Hall of the Muses, Pio-Clementino Museum, Gallery of Maps, Gallery of Tapestries, Raphael Rooms, and the magnificent Courtyard of the Pinecone, which lies at the very heart of Vatican City itself.

This tour ends with a visit to the Sistine Chapel, where talking inside is not allowed; therefore, explanations and directions are provided outside using special panels supplied by the Museums.

Visitors may view the paintings that represent the highest level of Italian Renaissance art: frescoes by Botticelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio, Ghirlandaio, Luca Signorelli, and Piero di Cosimo, accompanied by Michelangelo's sensational vault cycle and the Last Judgement.
