Your experience

Walk around the Vatican Museums in a guided tour with an officially licensed professional.

Enter without waiting in line through a fast track to the museum.

Your introduction to learning will begin on the panoramic terrace.

There are explanations with photographic illustrations so that you could understand what your guide is talking about concerning the history and structure of this famous Basilica.

You will go into Pinecone Courtyard which it boasts this great relic touching as early as the 1st century B.C..

This outdoor double height space serves as a greeting to the visitor just prior to entering the main show rooms of arts.

Our other destinations this morning will be in the Pio-Clementino Museum one of the leading museums in Roman antiquities.

Among its treasures, there is that famous classical sculpture of Laocoön and His Sons unearthed in the early 1500s, which was later to exert so powerful an influence upon the artistic efforts of Michelangelo himself.

It will also take you from the Torso dell’Belvedere to the Round Hall and the fabulous floor mosaics, each telling a story of its own.

Going further into the Vatican Museums, you pass through a succession of exquisite galleries: Tapestry Gallery teeming with magnificent examples of the weavers’ art and Gallery of Maps—a 120-meter-long corridor embellished with richly detailed cartographic work portraying the development in shape of Italy—to the height of the visit: Sistine Chapel.

At such places like the Sistine Chapel, the tourist will find frescoes by Michelangelo, among them a great painting of The Last Judgment.

The guide will relate all the concealed stories behind these incredible works to be understood in their actual sense.

After enjoying the chapel, the trip will head towards the St.

Peter’s Basilica; the hugest church in the entire world.

Free yourself for a self-guided exploration of this wondrous site while further absorbing your guide’s insights by going further down underground into the Basilica where Popes’ centuries-old tombs line up.

Enjoy the adventure.
