The Vatican Museums offer free entry to all disabled visitors with an officially recognized disability of over 74%. If the person is not self-sufficient, then a companion also receives a free ticket.
You must be present at the Vatican at the designated time on your ticket— tardiness will not be entertained. Following the visit to the Vatican Museums comes The Aperitif.
