Please be aware that there are occasions when St. Peter's Basilica shuts down for religious functions even after you have arranged your visit through us; however, it is not within our capacity to secure your entry into the Basilica during such times when it is closed for public visits despite forming part of our tour program experience that we offer clients.

• Kindly be advised of the subsequent details:
• The Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel are the only two places this ticket grants you access to. St. Peter's Basilica is free for tourists and not part of this ticket. Furthermore, there is no guide included in this service.
• There are security checks done to ensure safety. The visitors will go through an airport-style security scan. During peak hours, the wait time at the security check-point might be thirty minutes.
• The ticket is valid only for entry, with a default period of 2-3 hours but not strictly limited. Visitors can stay as long as they would like before closing time.
• In case you decide to get the ticket beforehand at the place of gathering, be informed that it can neither be reimbursed nor issued a second time if you do not make it in time. Do not forget to bring your passport or driving license — you will need it when meeting the Vatican security guard.
• Admittance is free for children from 0 to 6 years.
