Know before you go

• You must pass through the security checkpoint.
• Remember to dress appropriately as shorts are not allowed: shoulders and knees must be covered.
• Free entry to the Vatican Museums is available for disabled visitors with a certified disability of over 74%. In case of non self-sufficiency, the companion also gets free entry.
• Make sure to enter Vatican City at the specified time on your ticket; latecomers will not be allowed access.
• Do not forget that proper attire is a must. Remember to cover your shoulders and knees (no shorts allowed). Free admission to the Vatican Museums is given to all visitors with documented disabilities greater than 74%. If the person is dependent, the companion also receives a free ticket.
