Your experience

Start your trip with a ride from your place, going to the Vatican where your guide will meet you.

The tour kicks off with Bernini's wide, round columns in St.

Peter’s Square and a look at the Pope’s Balcony.

Next, you go inside St.

Peter’s Basilica, the biggest church in the world to see Michelangelo’s famous ‘Pietà’ along with many other highlights.

There will be a car outside to take you to the Vatican Museums, where sit halls filled with masterpieces by many famous Italian artists.

In these rooms, the great names of the Renaissance and Baroque periods share space with key works from Ancient Greece, Rome, and Egypt.

You may walk through much-loved galleries of tapestries and maps.

Explore the secrets of The Sistine Chapel, known for large frescoes by Michelangelo.

In this place, you will be able to see up close the fine points of his grand 'Last Judgment.' Drive to the͏ excellently preserved Arch of Constantine, standing next to the most famous Colosseum.

Then walk the same ways inside the Roman Forum that were used by Roman Emperors.

With explanations from your guide, you will be able to imagine their great processions and public addresses.

See the Arch of Titus on Palatine Hill.

Walk around to feel how important this place was and what great things it used to have in the Roman Empire.

It is now time to rest at an elected ristorante where you shall have a typical Italian antipasto and then some pasta.

After lunch, your driver will take you back to your hotel or anywhere else in the city center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Vatican is not open on Sundays and on Religious holidays.

An alternative tour will be provided for those days.

With your guide and driver, see St.

Peter's Square, the area of Castel Sant' Angelo plus some other wonderful places like Capitoline Hill.
