There are rare cases in which the Vatican workers decide to cancel the papal audience at the very last moment.

If this happens, the tour of the Vatican Museums will go on as planned and a refund of 10% will be made.

Attendees for the Papal Audience need to be in line for entry 15 to 20 minutes before.

The Papal Audience is going to be held between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m.

Entry into the Vatican Museums will be granted at about 12 o'clock noon.
