- Ticket Name: All tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is essential that the name provided during booking matches the visitor's identification. The ticket must be in the visitor's name for entry to be valid, regardless of the purchaser.
- Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the visitor’s identification, the ticket will be considered invalid, and entry will be denied.
- Liability: We are not responsible for any errors made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid, and no refunds or changes can be made.
- Security: All visitors must undergo airport-style security screening. Depending on Vatican security procedures, wait times may exceed 30 minutes.
- Children: Free entry for children aged 0 to 6 years.
