  • We inform you that from 12 January to 31 March, extraordinary maintenance work will be carried out on Michelangelo's Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel. For this reason, scaffolding may be installed on the wall.
  • For free tickets for disabled people and their escorts, please refer directly to the Vatican Museums ticket office
  • Shoulders and knees must be covered. No low-cut, sleeveless tops or shorts will be permitted. You risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
  • This tour involves a fair amount of walking, so comfortable shoes are recommended
