Know before you go

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals are considered NO SHOW (arriving at the meeting point later than the time indicated on your voucher) is not a valid reason for a refund (including partial refund) or rescheduling the tour to another time/date
• Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women to enter the museums
• Certain areas of the attraction may be closed due to religious events and national holidays
• Children and students must bring an ID or student card with photo and validity period
• Even if your ticket is a Skip the Line ticket, due to the mandatory security checks conducted by the museum security you may face a minor setback of 20 - 30 minutes
• The Basilica of St. Peter's may be subject to unscheduled closings and late openings for religious ceremonies. As these are often last-minute, the Vatican's administration doesn't often inform the activity provider. In this case, you will be offered another date
